ASRA – HIGH SOLIDS REMOVAL SYSTEM

The ASRA system is specifically designed to effectively remove high to very high concentrations of suspended solids from mixed and single acid processes. These processes include hot rolled and annealed stainless and titanium flat product pickling, de-glassing, and pickling of stainless extruded products.

Thanks to its efficient filtration technology, the ASRA eliminates the need for cleaning solids accumulation from the process bath, enabling almost indefinite operation. This makes it a highly efficient alternative to sedimentation and other traditional filtration methods that are often inefficient in high-solids applications.
